Meet our Team: Bronwyn Howell

At HeliNY, we know we’d be nothing without our team. This week, we are so happy to recognize a very important member of our team, Bronwyn Howell!

Bronwyn Howell is our reservations manager – in other words, she has a very important responsibility here at HeliNY.

What are your responsibilities at HeliNY?

I am in charge of making sure all passengers reservations are placed at the best times possible and that all the prep work is done.  I make sure that everything is set up for all fliers and ready for them once they arrive!

Why HeliNY?

Being an Australian native, I craved new and different experiences. I first fell in love with NYC at the age of 16 where I participated in a foreign-exchange program.  I came back to Australia to complete my bachelor’s degree in event and tourism management and after which, I knew I needed to come back to New York. Back in New York, I emailed HeliNY in search of a job and the rest was simply history.

How do you like the tourism industry?

Fortunately, my interest in tourism comes naturally.  I love giving great customer service and making sure that everyone is having an amazing time!

What’s your favorite part about the job?

All of the amazing, different people I get to meet on a daily basis coming together at the hub of the world. Of course, the occasional helicopter ride is a plus, too!

However, the greatest reward of the job is seeing all of my hard work pay off. I’m proud to announce that HeliNY has won the ‘Transportation Services’ category of the 2018 Concierge Choice Awards!
