This year’s Concierge Choice Awards Gala were held on October 1st and HeliNY is proud to announce that we won the ‘Transportation Services’ category! Established in 2007, the Concierge Choice Awards (CCAs) honors the very best in New York City’s hospitality industry and celebrates various businesses in the tourism, theatre, restaurant, retail, service and transportation industries.
In the past, HeliNY has won numerous other Concierge Choice awards in both the ‘tour’ and ‘transportation’ categories as well as been nominated as finalists other years. In both 2008 and 2009, HeliNY won the ‘Tours’ category, in 2011, HeliNY won the “Tourist Transportation’ category, and in 2016, we won the ‘Transportation Services’ category!
Runner-up finalists this year included the Bronx Zoo, the Metropolitan Opera, the Whitney, and more.
We are extremely honored to accept this award and are so grateful for our team – running HeliNY is no solo effort.

- Our principals, Lesley (Topsy) Taylor and John Kjekstad, who have more than 60 years of aviation experience combined and started the business out with just two Bell 206 Jet Rangers and have since built the fleet to 10 helicopters.

- And our hardworking operations, reservations and maintenance teams who keep this wonderful company operating efficiently and our clientele happy.
