Alle Gäste ab 18 Jahren benötigen beim Check-in einen gültigen Lichtbildausweis. So bleibt ausreichend Zeit für Check-in, Sicherheitseinweisungen und Flugvorbereitungen. Sollten Sie sich verspäten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte so schnell wie möglich. Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um Verspätungen auszugleichen oder Alternativen entsprechend unserem Flugplan und unserer Verfügbarkeit zu finden. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass bei verspäteten Ankünften, die wir nicht berücksichtigen können, keine Rückerstattungen möglich sind.
Flugplan
Preise und Flugpläne können sich ohne vorherige Ankündigung ändern. Alle Zeitangaben sind Richtwerte. HeliNY behält sich das Recht vor, Flüge unterschiedlicher Länge zu stornieren oder zu kombinieren. Touren erfordern eine bestimmte Teilnehmerzahl. Bei Buchungen am selben Tag behält sich HeliNY aufgrund der Mindestanzahl an Sitzplätzen das Recht vor, Flüge und Flugzeiten zu kombinieren.
Stornierungsbedingungen
Kostenlose Stornierung oder Umbuchung bis 72 Stunden vor Abflug, außer während Sperrzeiten. Es wird jedoch eine Bearbeitungsgebühr für die Rückerstattung per Kreditkarte erhoben. Bei Nichterscheinen wird der volle Betrag in Rechnung gestellt und es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Stornierungen innerhalb von 72 Stunden vor Abflug sind nicht erstattungsfähig.
Stornierungen und Umbuchungen außerhalb von Sperrzeiten und innerhalb von 72 Stunden vor Abflug unterliegen den Einschränkungen unserer Stornierungsbedingungen. Änderungen innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Abflug sind nicht erstattungsfähig und können nicht umgebucht werden, außer in Fällen höherer Gewalt. In diesen Fällen erhalten Kunden eine kostenlose Umbuchung mit der Möglichkeit eines kostenlosen Upgrades.
Höhere Gewalt
HeliNY übernimmt keine Haftung für unvorhergesehene Umstände, die außerhalb seiner Kontrolle liegen, einschließlich präsidialer oder staatlicher Aktivitäten, schlechtem Wetter, nationalen oder regionalen Notfällen oder mechanischen Problemen.

Kinder
Kinder ab zwei Jahren müssen einen Sitzplatz erwerben. Kinder unter zwei Jahren können mit einem gültigen Reisepass oder einer Geburtsurkunde auf dem Schoß eines Erwachsenen reisen. Kinder unter 17 Jahren müssen in Begleitung eines Elternteils oder Erziehungsberechtigten fliegen.
Gewichtsbeschränkung
Die maximale Gewichtsbeschränkung beträgt 124,7 kg pro Passagier. Passagiere mit einem höheren oder annähernd so hohen Gewicht wenden sich bitte an unser Reservierungsteam unter (212) 355-0801. Gäste müssen bei der Buchung ihr ungefähres Körpergewicht angeben und sich bei der Ankunft wiegen lassen. Bei falsch angegebenen Gewichten kann es zu Verspätungen oder einer Stornierung ohne Rückerstattung kommen. Bei Bedarf und je nach Verfügbarkeit kann ein Passagier, der das maximale Gewicht überschreitet, einen zusätzlichen Sitzplatz buchen.
Alkohol und Drogen
Gemäß den FAA-Bestimmungen dürfen Reiseteilnehmer keinen Alkohol oder Drogen mit auf den Flug nehmen. Gästen, die unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinfluss stehen oder zu stehen scheinen, kann die Beförderung verweigert werden, und es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
Verbotene Gegenstände
Folgende Gegenstände sind im Flugzeug verboten: Schusswaffen und Munition, Sprengstoffe, Abwehrsprays, gefährliche Stoffe, Lithium-Ionen-Batterien und brennbare Flüssigkeiten. Nur Kameras, Mobiltelefone und Sonnenbrillen sind im Hubschrauber erlaubt. Taschen, Hüte und Schals können in einem Schließfach kostenlos deponiert werden.
Kreditkartenstreitigkeiten
HeliNY behält sich das Recht vor, Gäste zu kontaktieren, um Kreditkartenstreitigkeiten zu klären und die Kosten für die gekauften Produkte, auch bei Nichterscheinen, einzuziehen. HeliNY haftet nicht für Kosten, die durch Flugverspätungen oder -stornierungen entstehen, die gegen unsere veröffentlichten Stornierungsbedingungen verstoßen.
