Los tours requieren un número determinado de participantes. Para reservas para el mismo día, debido al mínimo de asientos, HeliNY se reserva el derecho de combinar vuelos y horarios.
Política de Cancelación
Cancelación o cambios gratuitos hasta 72 horas antes del vuelo, excepto durante periodos de restricción. Se aplicará un cargo por procesamiento de reembolso a la tarjeta de crédito. Las inasistencias se cobrarán en su totalidad y no se realizarán reembolsos. Si cancela su vuelo dentro de las 72 horas previas al vuelo, no será reembolsable.
Las cancelaciones y reprogramaciones fuera de las fechas de restricción y dentro de las 72 horas previas a la salida están sujetas a las restricciones de nuestra Política de Cancelación. Los cambios dentro de las 24 horas previas a la salida no son reembolsables ni se pueden reprogramar, excepto en casos de fuerza mayor, en cuyo caso los clientes recibirán una nueva reserva gratuita, con la posibilidad de obtener mejoras de categoría gratuitas.
Fuerza Mayor
HeliNY no asume ninguna responsabilidad por circunstancias imprevistas fuera de su control, incluyendo actividades presidenciales o gubernamentales, condiciones climáticas adversas, emergencias nacionales o regionales o problemas mecánicos.

Niños
Los niños de dos años o más deben comprar un asiento. Los niños menores de dos años pueden viajar en el regazo de un adulto con un pasaporte o certificado de nacimiento válido. Los niños de 17 años o menos deben volar con un padre o tutor.
Límite de Peso
El límite de peso máximo es de 275 lb/124.7 kg/19.6 stone por pasajero; Se recomienda a los pasajeros con un peso superior o cercano a este que se comuniquen con nuestro equipo de Reservas al (212) 355-0801 para obtener más ayuda. Los pasajeros deben proporcionar su peso corporal aproximado al realizar la reserva y deben pesarse a su llegada. Alcohol y drogas
