Ms. Szymanska joined the Company in 2023, as the Director of Marketing and Business Development, focused on growth in Charters and Medical Transport, with a strong relationship with the Eastern Region Helicopter Council (“ERHC”). From 2022 to 2023, Ms. Szymanska was an associate at Wings Air Helicopters, where she was responsible for overseeing the execution of daily flights and growing operations. From 2016 to 2021, Ms. Szymanska, was a Director of sales, marketing, and operations at HeliSky Europe. From 2000 to 2016, Ms. Szymanska worked at American Tack & Hardware, rising to Director of Marketing in the Home Décor division and assisted in negotiating contracts with Disney and Warner Bros.

Ms. Szymanska is a certified helicopter private pilot with the FAA and CAA.

NEW YORK, Dec. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — HeliNY, a leading helicopter sightseeing, charter, and medical organ transport operator in the New York metro region, today announced it has achieved WYVERN Wingman certification, one of the aviation industry’s most respected safety designations. The certification was granted on December 2, 2025, following successful and ongoing collaboration in the Flight Leader Program, which validates HeliNY’s operational excellence, pilot training, maintenance programs, and Safety Management System.

HeliNY is the first helicopter operator at the Downtown Manhattan Skyport (JRB) to meet the heliport’s newly enhanced safety standards, which took effect on September 1, 2025. Located at Pier 6 on the East River, JRB requires all operators to undergo an annual third-party safety audit, the results of which are provided to Downtown Manhattan Skyport. These results may also be shared with the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC).
